Kalm Walm Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Kalm Walm Loyalty Program is open to all customers who make in-store purchases of R150.00 or more per visit.

Minimum Spend
To qualify for a stamp on the Loyalty Card, a customer must spend a minimum of
R150.00 in-store per transaction. Purchases below this amount will not earn a stamp.
Customers are welcome to visit the store as often as they like in a day. However, only one stamp per transaction will be issued. Customer will not be stamped according to the amount that they spend, but on the visits of R150.00
Multiple Visits






Loyalty Card Stamps
Customers will receive a stamp for every qualifying purchase of R150.00 or more.
Stamps will be provided at the time of purchase, and customers are responsible for keeping their Loyalty Card safe.
Please note that stamps will not be backdated under any circumstances. If a customer does not have their Loyalty Card with them at the time of purchase, the purchase will not qualify for a stamp. It is the customer’s responsibility to present their card at each transaction to receive a stamp.
Kalm Walm will not replace lost or stolen Loyalty Cards that has already been stamped
The 11th Stamp Reward
Upon collecting 10 stamps, the customer is entitled to a reward on their 11th visit.
On the 11th stamp, the customer will draw from a selection of rewards to determine their gift.
The draw will only happen once. The paper drawn will indicate the reward the customer receives, and the outcome is final.
TGift Conditions
The gift provided as part of the Loyalty Program cannot be exchanged for cash, other merchandise, or store credit.
Gifts are non-refundable and may not be returned or swapped for another item
